Ha! I'm not a great musician just an amateur. Here's my secret -OvO- if you're interested and if you use fl studio too:
Apply the gross beat effect to the whole song.
You play the song and in the gross beat window you will find a bunch of audio effects, click them each 1 beat or 1 bar of the song, et voila monsieur :>
Last thing is to automate the whole process and you're done.

I'm really not familiar with the R&B world, but the instrumental is working (I already heard that piano loop)
Now a little piece of advise, well, not an advise, technically.

You would need more confidence on your voice, but, this, you just need more experience for that!

The beats into this "darkish" thought fit really well into the ambiance, now the real problem comes from the strings, you would need to make it more dynamic, with a better attack, realease, and EQ.

It's great to listen, It feels really like some kind of dungeon, Only problem are the soundscape that gives some kind of "unimmersion" feeling, therefore It is really good.

[Zombie Cirus]

I'm putting a four because the loop works just great for me! It's hard to feel bored by this loop! Therefore the other soundscapes and keys feel sometimes a little odd, that is a little shame. but it still is a great piece of work there!

[Warm Up]

It is quite good, and the theme works quite well and fits into an environment that can be familiar with our minds.

Therefore, you would need to work the strings, as in the beginning, the legato sounds really wierd, same goes for the harp.

There is a potential that can be acheived, and you got it, keep working on that!
