I don't..

But still.

Good job.

I don't want to make some mambo jambos (I love to say that little phrase) about those reviews, I've already told you what I think, your experiments are always interesting, I really must get inside your musics more often.

Hey thatcomposerguy, you don't seem to "recognize" me, and that's totally normal: I was a great fan of your audio submissions of the Portal Defensers 5 years ago (Shiet I'm getting old.) I submitted a review about thoses tracks being one of my favorites of Newgrounds etc. I was a teenager back at the time, And I disappeared from newgrounds, 5 years later, I've became a composer myself (well actually, It's been now 3 years I'm handling Digital Composing and 1 year of piano composing), and submitted my own content, but for a project (a hell of an ambitious project) I've been hired (for free) for a friend of Mine, for a game.

This is intresting to see that the guy that made those compositions I've been in love is still jammin'. and Hell:

This is a really interesting piece, a well defined music that... Shiet I'm in love again.

I don't want to criticize or analyse or spend my time praising it, because I don't need to, I think I just need to tell that it is a masterpiece for me, a short and meaningfull masterpiece.

Yes, I've been talking about that submission for the game my friend is making, and the music perfectly suits for the character he wish to fit into his story.

But, I don't want to merely use the song and that's it, I want to remake it, to extend it, the game my friend is making is focused on the characters, with a lot of exceptional effects I wish to add.

Man, this has been a long time, I really wish to take the time to have a further discussion with you. This music is on my favorites right now. I'll download it, and my friend will buy the license.

Thanks a lot for that music, we needed that, I managed to create 2 themes for 2 others characters (Le Lion D'Andalou, Counter-Cathexeses if you are intrested to take a listen!) but this one.

I mean, even the title describes the character herself, this can't be a coincidence.

Best of regards! I hope we will get in contact soon!

This is actually really good, dayum.

LunarSpartan responds:

Thanks for the response.

Interesting rythm, good bass, a great shaped dubstep piece, I dig it!

Therefore, Poor choices on the Virutal Instruments, the strings are not getting along with the rest, it lacks of realism, and gives this "childlish" thing.

There is really something here, I'm subscribing to you. there is defintely something getting greater about your compositions.

Flaytic responds:

Thanks for the subscription man! I will do my research on the choice of instruments and timbre and things like that

Scouted, defintely having some potential here, therefore, it seems you didn't find yourself yet, the only thing you need is training, and I'll be happy to appreciate your own progress into this platform.

Good luck!

A Really special but assumed experimental rock that has the potential to jam for something really cool, I dig in.

I can't look be something else than a ass kisser, Really, I can't, this piece must be one of my favorite tracks, and I really mean it.

phosphorusprocedure responds:

Really appreciate it, man. Glad you like it. Thanks for the review!

Listened to it, 'till the end in fact, and I really appreciated it, it wasn't perfect, let me say you that first, I think there's a need in training in term of mastering, the dark ambient phase needed to have some really low pitch, to add that kind of vibrance of "sheer", also, the chords and harmonics you brought with the metal part, was really progressive, but it's your style, and, even though it's not perfect, it's still good.

But here where I shall say something really good : That was pretty awesome, all the way, that feel of being insecure, everywhere, and having some kind of speech about the character, every sound was well brought and really gave a sensation of fear, I am personally : A great fan of Dark Ambient ( as I compose some) and really, this was good, this was an intresting feel, it was an intresting experience.

Great work on that one.

jambrother2 responds:

Thanks for the review, I was very worried that the length of this piece would put people off, so I appreciate you taking the time to sit through the whole thing (fifteen minutes is quite a trek for a single song)

Also thankyou for raising your points about the mixdown, I'll be sure to take it into account when i give it a second do-over. some sub-bass for the ambient parts and hopefully fatten the guitars up a little bit, they sound a little anticlimactic to me, I was just too excited to get it uploaded.

Thanks for taking the time to listen to and review my work.

I really didn't expect that! Oh boy, I don't want to analyse this music, I'm really enjoying this music.
